Day 1- Ground yourself through the Holidays:
Find a quiet place to be alone. Close your eyes and notice your breath. Be aware of your surroundings as well as your inner most thoughts. With your attention, bring to mind your whole spine. Send breath up the length and down the length of the spine for 5 breaths. Then imagine the spine glowing with light and sending supports into the earth. A sense of heaviness in your seat while feeling lighter and lighter in your heart, breath and thoughts. repeat as needed throughout the remainder of the season!!!
