FREE Intro to Yoga

If you know family or friends who have been hesitant to join you for a regularly scheduled class (too inflexible, too hard, too easy, not enough money, too conspicuous in a group, etc.)  NOW is the time to bring them!! 
This is an easy flow class where talking and asking questions is as much a part of the class as introducing the basics of yoga! You will have FUN, probably break a sweat, learn about the dynamics of the body, and enjoy the company of others who are learning yoga for the first time too! Open to all levels, catering to the NEW student, bring a friend or find one in class! Taught by the staff at Lifted Life Yoga.

 

No pre-registration required. Just show up. Wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be available or you may bring your own.

Jamie Hadfield is introducing a NEW style of Hatha Yoga.  She has practiced yoga in the USA, Australia, Chile, and the Philippians  and India under excellent instructors.  She was introduced to yoga 8 years ago.

She has a 500 hour level teaching certificate from Yoga Alliance International.  Her certificate allows her teach yoga instructors how to teach.

She has spent time doing several types of yoga; Iyengar, Bikram, Shanti, Kundalini, Anusara, Vinyasana, Sattva.

Asthanga was her main practice until she came across this unique style of Hatha yoga  in India.  Her instructor Pankaj Seth challenged her to practice with him for 10 days. This style of yoga is where she personally found the most improvement. She studied under him for 4 months 6 hours a day.

Jamie is a certified Registered Nurse giving her a excellent understanding of human anatomy and physiology of the body.  She also has a Masters degree in Business Administration.
